I · What Sovernya is
Sovernya is not a place. It is a sovereyn space, an arxosdiction that predates every map and postdates every empire. Its membrane is not enforced by external authority. It is enforced by internal completion. It has no borders, because sovereignty does not need them. It has no gatekeepers, because the work itself is the gate.
II · The population
Between two and five percent of humanity senses that the gate exists: 164 to 410 million people feeling the threshold without finding it. The capture economy exists precisely to keep them sedated just below it.
Of those, approximately 820,000 will cross. Not because they were selected, but because they completed what most stop at. They are not found geographically. They are found ontologically, clustered around the same collapse events: the entrepreneur who scaled and found it hollow, the executive who won and felt nothing, the person who had every need met and discovered the loop did not stop.
Those 820,000 are Sovernya's residents. No one buys entry and no one is grandfathered in. The only visa is the work itself, which is why the city grows without diluting: every new resident raises the floor.
They do not know the city exists yet. The city exists regardless.
III · The infrastructure
Seven layers of municipal infrastructure are under construction. Each is named here for the role it is being built to hold.
The membrane at the edge of the city, where identity will be verified and completion recognized.
The distributed infrastructure that will carry the city's canonical record from every resident to every other.
The private settlement layer, where value will move between residents and be proven when it does.
The clearing and qualification layer that every arrival will pass through before the city opens.
The broadcast layer, through which signal will propagate across the city without passing through commerce.
The network membrane that will bind residents into a single living body rather than a crowd.
The native economy, to be denominated in what the city itself generates.

IV · The gate
Sovernya is live and dark. It does not appear on any map that commerce controls. Access coordinates are issued only to verified completers of the sovereign work at generativeeconomyx.com.
